Winemaker's Notes: This sparkling Prosecco from Italy's Veneto Region has an intense fruity bouquet with a hint of golden apples. It is very dry, fesh, light in body and well balanced. It is perfect alone as an aperitif or as a delightful complement to appetizers such as salads, smoked meats or mild cheese. Excellent as a base for Bellinis and other sparkling wine cocktails.
Wine Enthusiast, 89 Points - A bigger, toastier style, but the floral and citrus aromas aren't masked by the toast, creating a pleasant balance that finishes dry and clean. Drink by itself or as a base for your bellini or Mimosa.
Wall Street Journal - Mionetto Brut, Very Good. Filled with minerals and very dry, easy to drink but not frivolous. Nicely balanced, with a long, lovely, bubbly finish.
NY Times - Softly sparkling with persistent lemon, apple and nut flavors.
