TASTING NOTES: Ruby-red of medium intensity. Soft notes of red fruits such as raspberry are interlaced with vanilla, chocolate and soft notes of very wellintegrated oak. Medium-bodied with soft tannins, the palate is backed by nice acidity that helps extend its long finish.
VINIFICATION PROCESS: Specially selected grapes were hand-picked at the optimum of their maturity in mid-April. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions for 15 days followed by an additional 10 days of extended maceration. 50% of this wine was aged in French oak barrels for nine months.
