Winemaker Notes
Yellow Tail Pinot Grigio is made with grapes sourced from the highest quality vineyards. The fruit is gently whole bunch pressed to retain maximum freshness and flavour. Free run juice is then cold fermented using specially selected aromatic yeast. Once completed, the wine is cold stabilised and cold filtered to retain rich aromas and freshness. The wine is bottled on the estate.

Yellow Tail Pinot Grigio is delightfully fresh, zesty and elegant with lots of super-ripe concentrated fruit. This wine has lifted aromas of citrus fruits with delicate notes of green apples and pears. The palate displays flavours of pineapple with subtle floral characters and fresh acidity.

Yellow Tail Pinot Grigio is created with a simple philosophy in mind, to make a great wine that everyone can enjoy, anytime, any place. Which is why we hate to tell you what to enjoy it with, except maybe for sunshine and good times. Because, with its chilled Italian roots, it makes perfect company on a warm summer's evening.
