Solera Especial is aged 15 years, to develop the rich complex aroma derived from its Palomino and Pedro Zimenez grapes. It is warm and spicy in flavour, full flavoured on the palate with a long lasting aftertaste. This exceptional wine embodies the long tradition and experience of Williams and Humbert, dating back to 1877.

Tasting Notes
An amber-coloured wine of intense aromas suggesting dried nuts. Full-bodied and balanced, with little acid and quite sweet. A long finish.

Food Pairing
It can be drunk straight or with ice. A fine aperitif, it also goes well with pasta.
