Tasting Notes
Mid-straw, with a green hue.  The aroma has a classic grapefruit and gooseberry core of flavour, with notes of passionfruit nettle and red capsicum.  The palate has a tight structure, with great purity of fruit. The grapefruit, gooseberry and passionfruit flavours are intense and persist on the long, clean acid finish.
