Vintage
The 2007 growing season was spectacular with Mother Nature doing more than we could’ve asked. It was much drier and cooler overall except for two very notable heat spikes in July and late August. To compensate for lower water availability, the grape vines naturally produced smaller, more tightly clustered grapes resulting in high flavor concentration and excellent quality.
