Winemaker Notes
Lush aromas of dried cherries and vanilla bean set the stage for blueberry notes, ripe plum and black tea flavors leading to a velvety mouthfeel and finish.

Vintage
The 2006 growing season began early with 90 degree March temperatures followed by late spring rains. August and September were cool making perfect "hang time" conditions and the grapes benefited from this long growing season. Towards the end of September the weather heated up producing bright, concentrated fruit.
