Winemaking Notes
This multi-dimensional wine is an exciting blend. The colour is a beautiful black cherry with a burst of fresh red berries and spice on the nose. The palate is a pleasant combination of savoury plum and chocolate, ending with chalky tannins and a soft fruited finish.

A blend of Shiraz 41%, Mourvèdre 20%, Tempranillo 19%, Grenache 17% and Carignane 3% all sourced from Barossa vineyards.

Food Pairings
This is a wine to be enjoyed as a relative youngster. It drinks beautifully with a range of foods, including Mediterranean influenced meat dishes, spicy Indian style curries and hearty casseroles.
