Winemaker Notes
The 2010 harvest delivered the perfect conditions to produce a classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. A long settled Marlborough autumn with warm days and cool nights ensured intense flavours were captured.

Individual vineyard lots were harvested at optimum maturity, gently pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel to capture all the nuances of each site and sub region. The resulting wines were then racked, blended and bottled to retain the intense fruit characters and wonderful freshness that only Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc possesses.
