Tasting Notes
A sweet white wine, the dessert wine par excellence. Straw-yellow, the Moscato d’Asti has an intensely fruity, aromatic and very persistent nose. Its sweet flavors are perfectly balanced with its low alcoholic content and acidity, which is never very high, but provides the wine with an inviting freshness.
We were first given this wine by a neighbor when we lived in Italy. We would buy it on and use it making any occasion special. We just purchased another two bottles on a recent trip back to Italy.
This is a FAMILY FAVORITE wine, but it is hard to find in my area, We own a grocery store and our vendors don''t keep it regularly. even our favorite restarant that use to carry can''t get on a regular bases.

had a glass of this in a shop on catalina island for thanksgiving and it was amazing! light, refreshing and not-to-sweet. perfection in a glass!
